Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

For me it’s letting go of toxic relationships. You know the ones we hold onto because we think it’s the only relationship/ friendship we’re worthy of, or that person has completely manipulated us into thinking we need them!

News flash—we don’t. We often find ourselves in situations where we question our own actions, like “why am I here”. That’s when it’s time to make a change.

You deserve to be treated with love. I know walking away is harder then it seems but at the end of the day nothing worth having is easy right? Same goes for your peace.

Walk away from things and people that hurt your peace! Make a positive change to a negative situation!
