By Dr. Chrissie — Surviving with Purpose
There’s something sacred about a new week. It’s not just another Monday—it’s another chance to rise, to breathe, to begin again.
Maybe last week didn’t go as planned. Maybe you felt stretched thin, unnoticed, or like you were fighting battles no one else could see. But here’s the truth: you made it. You are here. And that alone is evidence of a strength that the storm couldn’t break.
I’ve learned that healing doesn’t always look like progress on paper. Sometimes it’s just choosing not to give up. Sometimes it’s showing up—shaky, tired, maybe even discouraged—but still showing up. That’s courage. That’s victory in disguise.
This week, I want you to remember your why.
Why you started.
Why you’re still standing.
Why your story matters.
Because it does matter. Every time you speak your truth, you give permission for someone else to find theirs. Every time you rise after falling, someone watching learns that it’s possible.
Let this be the week you stop shrinking yourself for anyone.
Step into rooms with your head high. Use your voice even if it trembles. Rest when you need to—but don’t lose sight of what God is building through you.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
You are not behind. You are being prepared.
This is your reminder that even when chaos tries to follow—you are walking into peace that it can’t touch.
So, breathe deep.
Reset your shoulders.
And remind yourself: I was made for this.

Let’s hear your thoughts
