I created this platform to give voice to the stories we’re often told to silence — the ones shaped by trauma, resilience, faith, and the long road to becoming whole again. Here, we talk about real life: the hard days, the messy healing, and the moments of grace that remind us we’re still standing. Through honest conversations, survivor stories, and a little bit of humor and hope, Surviving with Dr. Chrissie is more than a podcast or a blog — it’s a community. Because surviving isn’t the end of the story; it’s where the rebuilding begins.

Stop being so afraid of what they think or have to say. We are all humans trying to live our lives as best we can, and unfortunately, there will always be haters. Negative people look for reasons to hurt others or bring them down. Stop allowing them space in your head, your life, and your dreams. Go do that thing you’ve been wanting to do.

Start that podcast or blog. Create that playlist or workout plan. Post all you want about your successes and your failures. Let those moments serve as lessons that help you grow and try again. It’s definitely easier said than done to ignore the noise, but you can.
