There are seasons when writing feels like breathing—and seasons when it feels like holding something inside for too long. If you’ve ever felt the pull to share your thoughts, your story, or something that’s been sitting quietly on your heart, this space is for you.

I’m opening up Body Chaos to guest bloggers who want to share their voices in a way that feels safe, respectful, and authentic.
This platform was created as a place for honesty, healing, reflection, and growth. It’s survivor-led, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that stories matter—especially the ones that don’t always get space elsewhere.
What You Can Share
Guest blogs don’t need to look a certain way or sound a certain way. You might want to write about:
- Healing after hard experiences
- Motherhood, faith, identity, or growth
- Advocacy, boundaries, or learning to use your voice
- Survival, resilience, or simply making it through a difficult season
Your story doesn’t have to be polished or perfect. It just has to be yours.
Anonymity Is Always an Option
I know that sharing can feel vulnerable—and sometimes unsafe. Because of that, anonymous submissions are always welcome. You decide how much you want to share, how it’s shared, and whether your name is attached.
Your boundaries will be respected here.
Why This Matters
So many people are walking around carrying stories they’ve never been able to tell out loud. Sometimes being heard—truly heard—is part of the healing. This space exists to offer that opportunity without pressure, judgment, or expectations.
If you’ve been waiting for permission to speak, consider this your invitation.
How to Get Involved
If you’re interested in being a guest blogger or just want to talk about whether this feels like the right fit, you can reach out anytime:
I’d love to connect, answer questions, and explore what sharing might look like for you.
This is your chance to be heard—on your terms.
